FGI Promotes Three of its Top Executives

NEW YORK, January 12, 2012 – FGI Finance (www.fgifinance.com) has announced the promotions of three of its top executives: Ben Brachot to National Director of Business Development, Maria Chiang to National Marketing Director, and Nikki Rangra to Director of Operations.

Brachot, Chiang and Rangra bring more than a collective forty years of experience to their expanded positions at FGI. “We are very excited to have these three take on the new roles at FGI. We expect only continued growth and success from their management,” says David DiPiero, President and CEO of FGI.

Prior to his new role, Mr. Brachot was Vice President of Business Development. Throughout his career with FGI, Mr. Brachot worked in different capacities within the business development group including direct marketing, deal structuring and originations. As National Director of Business Development, Mr. Brachot will oversee Business Development in the US and Europe. “This is an exciting time for FGI and I look forward to continuing to build and lead our Business Development efforts worldwide,” says Brachot.

Ms. Chiang, who was Senior Vice President, Business Development at FGI for more than 6 years, has helped FGI grow tremendously, establishing the company as a leader and specialist in the industry. As a testament to her success, Ms Chiang was honored as New York Institute of Credit’s 2009 Executive Woman of the Year. In her new role, Ms. Chiang will be responsible for developing and managing FGI’s strategic relationships with lenders and intermediaries. “As National Marketing Director, I will focus on strengthening our bond with our strategic partners while creating new fruitful relationships toward our international expansion. I embrace the challenge,” says Chiang.

Ms. Rangra has worked extensively within FGI in her 6-year tenure, taking on a range of responsibilities from overseeing the company’s broad portfolio of client financing programs to facilitating all of FGI’s cash management structures including foreign exchange services as the firm’s Portfolio Manager. In her new role, Ms. Rangra will lead the Operations group, managing a team of operation specialists, account executives, accountants and credit analysts. “I’m thrilled to be at the helm of this first-class team,” Rangra says. “I look forward to taking on new challenges, which I see as opportunities for success, and will work to elevate our execution of complex deals to an even higher standard.”
