NEW YORK, March 28, 2018 – FGI today announced that Lauren Saglamer and Alexander Ehrlich have both been promoted to portfolio manager and underwriting manager, respectively.
Ms. Saglamer will be responsible for overseeing FGI Finance’s team of account executives, managing client relationships, and interfacing with clients for daily requests. She will also be responsible for monitoring the activity of FGI Finance’s current portfolio and assisting with the company’s cash management and funding approval processes. Ms. Saglamer explains that her objective as portfolio manager at FGI is twofold, “first and foremost, to maximize the efficiency and performance of our relationship management team, and second, to implement measures that ensure our collateral is continuously monitored and in compliance.”
Mr. Ehrlich will oversee the underwriting and structuring of FGI Finance’s products. He will focus on the continued development of financial risk models and risk management of new and existing transactions. In this position, he will also provide support to prospective clients who are going through the due diligence and approval processes. Mr. Ehrlich explains, “My goal is to further streamline the underwriting process and help train new team members so that FGI can continue to expand its capacity to close a larger number of quality deals while reducing the length of time from lead acquisition to funding.”
