FGI Volunteers for The Momentum Project

FGI sponsors care packages and volunteers at soup kitchen.

New York, February 27, 2014 – Last month, FGI donated 125 toiletry and personal care kits to The Momentum Project.

The Momentum Project is an organization dedicated to feeding and assisting New Yorkers living with HIV/AIDS. Working out of locations throughout the city, the Momentum Project seeks to sustain health and foster wellness by providing communal meals and supportive services to disenfranchised individuals, their family members, and their loved ones.

“The work they do and the support they provide is extremely important,” explains David DiPiero, President and CEO of FGI. “The Momentum Project provides New Yorkers living with HIV/AIDS with a wide array of life saving support services.”
After donating the toiletry kits, FGI volunteers spent the day at The Momentum Project’s soup kitchen serving food and distributing pantry items.
