Investment Criteria

FGI Equity invests in capital constrained companies with compelling products and business models that meet the following criteria:

• Cash flow positive and profitable
• At least $50 million revenues
• Defensible position in an industry sector of at least $1 billion
• Large, non-cyclical, fragmented market with few dominant players
• Low capital requirements
• High barriers to entry
• Competitive advantage from product leadership, low cost structure, service excellence, brand dominance
• Clear path and timetable to exit with multiple options, e.g., strategic sale, re-cap, IPO

We co-invest with other financial groups and are eager to join forces with complementary firms.
